Aquajet & Aquajet Flex – semi closed fish cages

The Aquajet and Aquajet Flex are both semi closed fish cages protecting the salmon from sea lice with deep lice skirts and water flow solutions that takes in water from depths free of poisonous algae and salmon lice. The Aquajet fish cage, built in steel, can be lifted completely out of water with a pneumatic lifting system. The Aquajet Flex is a flexible semi closed fish pen based on conventional net pen fish farming equipment.

The Aquajet employs similar water flow solutions as the Aquatraz fish cage. This ensures that water is taken in from water depths free from sea lice, algae and other pathogens. The circulating water flow ensures very good water quality by replacing the water volume in the fish cage as often as every 15 min. The water flow keeps the fish exercised and healthy. The Aquajet Flex’ lice skirts prevents sea lice from upper layers to enter the fish cage.
